Successful backup, but the size is 0. Why so?

Both Local backup and Dropbox backup say that they were successful, but they ran very quickly (a few seconds) and the file size is 0. What does that mean and how can that be fixed?

We’d recommend to check your disk space capacity quota both at hosting / server and at Dropbox. If your disk space is full, please increase it.
