How to white-list Chat host for “mod_security” of my website?

My chat doesn’t connect to your online chat service. How to white-list your Chat host for “mod_security” of my website?
Thank you!

The “Mod_Security” is Apache module, that can block both – requests and answers (POST and GET) between
our online chat service ‘secure.wp-chat.com‘ or ‘wp-chat.com‘ and your website.

Solutions to the problem associated with the ModSecurity module:

1). You have to contact support of you hosting, and ask them to add host: secure.wp-chat.com to the whitelist of IP addresses.
2). If you can change your Apache settings, you have to add this rule in settings of your Apache host:

<VirtualHost example.com:80>
   ...
   <IfModule mod_security2.c>
      SecRule REMOTE_HOST "@eq secure.wp-chat.com" phase:1,log,allow,ctl:ruleEngine=Off,id:999945
   </IfModule>
<VirtualHost>

3). Open file /etc/modsecurity/modsecurity.conf and add this line in the end:

SecRule REMOTE_HOST "@eq secure.wp-chat.com" phase:1,log,allow,ctl:ruleEngine=Off,id:999945
