Why my added new fields do not appear in chatbox on my site?

Maybe i am doing this wrong but I am trying to add more fields like company name and phone number to my chatbox on my website but it says it saves but every time i go to refresh it still only asks for the name and email.

The feature of adding new fields is available only for chatbox in OFFLINE mode. Please, put your chat into offline mode and add the fields you need. Then you will see your newly added fields in your offline chat widget.
